Leaving town.

I’m moving to Florida before it disappears under the ocean.

Electricity

Electricity Use at Casa de Hal:

Hmmm. 300 kW*h/month ~= 411 Watts. Most of that is proboably the computer and the refrigerator. I could unplug the refrigerator and save a good amount of energy. I’d have to give up cold milk.

If I were Indiana Jones, I would ignore the jewels, arks, and grails, and concentrate on studying mechanisms that can still reliably throw circular-saw blades thousands of years after they were built.
