Happy Solstice! At 7-something (CST) this morining, the north pole pointed as far away from Sol as gets.
And it snowed last night. I’ve been looking out my window every morning, checking for snow, wondering when it will finally stick to the ground. No more waiting.
And I expct a blizzard the day I get back to Madison from FL. That would be the 30th. You can go ahead and mark your calendars. There is always a snowstorm whenever I travel northwards in wintertime.

If you plug a usb device that’s not working just right into a hub, or vice-versa (a working device into a misconfigured hub), you will destroy something every time. I just lost my usb keyboard/hub that way. A few years ago, I lost a usb joystick.
I pulled out my old AT keyboard. Clickety Clack!

I just shaved my beard down to a van dyke. I wish I hadn’t.
It will grow back.

“It is not stated whether there are non-frumious Bandersnatches, or
whether these can be approached safely, merely that the hero of the
poem must shun a Bandersnatch that is frumious.”
